Health benefits of cherry juice

According to researchers from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT, cherry juice can reduce muscle pain and damage induced by exercise. It may benefit for people with gout and arthritis.



Serves 2-3


Vimto Syrup 3 tsp

Sugar 2 Tbsp

Sparkling soda 1/2 cup

Fresh Cherries 1 cup

Ice cold water 1/2 cup


1 In a Juice blender, blend cherries and water on medium high and then strain

2 To the strained mixture add vimto syrup, sugar and sparkling soda

3 Stir to dissolve the sugar

4 Serve over ice.
