Strawberry Biscuit Pudding

Simple enough to make this yummy fresh-fruit pudding. It is always a welcome addition to our dinner table. Substitute strawberries with other fresh fruits for a delicious change!



2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
2 packages (about 3 ounces each) strawberry flavored gelatin
4 cups whipped cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1.5 cups Water
1 package strawberry cream biscuits( coarsely powdered)


1.Blend strawberries with 1 to 1 and a half cup of water in a food processor and strain.

2.Add sugar to the strawberry puree and mix well.

3.Prepare the gelatin as per the package instructions and let it cool at roon temperature

4.Stir the gelatin with the strawberry puree. Mix the whipping cream into the gelatin-strawberry mixture.

5.Refrigerate strawberry pudding for 4 hours or longer before serving.

6.Top the strawberry pudding with vanilla ice cream and cream biscuit powder.
