Beef Bread

Bread making is so easy and once you are hooked by the miracle of yeast, you would love making this stuffed bread with beef and carrot.
Ingredients
For dough
Whole wheat flour 4 cups
Instant yeast 1 Tbsp
Warm water 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/2 Tbsp
Warm milk 1/2 cup
Salt 2 tsp
Canola oil 4 Tbsp
Egg 1 No
Water as needed to knead the dough
For decorating the bread
Beaten Egg white 1 No
Sesame seeds
Unsalted butter
Method
Dough preparation
1.In a bowl mix together 4 cups flour and 2 tsp salt.
2.Mix sugar in warm water and add yeast and let it ferment for 10 minutes.
3.Beat the egg and add it to the flour and combine with warm milk and canola oil.
4.Add the fermented yeast to the flour mixture and knead into a soft dough.
5.Close the bowl with a lid and allow the dough to double in size for about 2 to 3 hours.
Bread Preparation
1.Divide the dough into two or three parts depending on required bread size.
2.Roll the dough to a rectangular shape, snip the sides with scissors or a knife, put Beef Carrot Filling in the centreĀ and fold each side so they overlap each other (like the Danish Braid).Brush the bread with beaten egg white, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake on 350 F for 25 minutes or more
3.Right after taking out of the oven apply butter well on whole bread and let it rest covered with a cloth for 2-3 min to soften the bread completely.
