Chicken Shallow Fry

Easy to make yet another healthy fry variety of the Universal “Chicken”

Ingredients:
Chicken – 250g (bone less)
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp (freshly ground)
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Chicken masala – 1/2 tsp
Curd – 2 tsp
Salt – To taste

Preparation method:
1. Mix all the ingredients along with chicken and marinate for 2 hours.

2. Steam cook the chicken pieces for 5 to 8 minutes

3. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.

4 Garnish with lime  slices

5.Serve hot with Roti or Steamed rice
